In the last 5 jobs I've done for NHJB in WS, the audio starts somewhere in the middle and does not match up with the transcript. I have to download the audio from the job and use it outside of WS. This causes a huge hassle when trying to clear indiscernibles, as the elapsed time and timestamps are hard to reconcile.

It's nice that we can now put the time in for them. But having to scroll through the time instead of us typing it in takes up a ridiculous amount of time.

When I try to generate the index, it puts it in the center of the entire document, rather than after the cover sheet. It also deletes part of the text of the document and puts other parts into single space.

Indiscernibles have started printing on the next line. They should print where the cursor is. Also it should be uppercase if the beginning of a sentence, at the moment it's only lowercase.

I experienced this the first time i did a WebScribes job in NHJB and it is happening again. There is a lag when typing and trying to delete.

Please change the top margin in DCSC to be .75. It is currently at .90 and it's throwing off all of the pleading numbers so that the lines don't match up and the last line can't fit on the page at all.

This would be very helpful so we don't have to then do it in Word after we finish the Webscribe portion

Can this be fixed? It's frustrating when you are trying to figure out which comment is for the spot you are on (when there are a lot of comments)

We need to be able to add/edit the pleading numbers -- sometimes the template has them off by just a smidge and we can't fix it in Webscribe - I have to finalize the document, and then fix it in Word. Time consuming and cumbersome.

On the Vermont Superior Court, the date after the transcriber signature autopopulates to the date of the hearing, not today's date.

Need to be able to disable automatically adding spaces after a period. This is very time consuming to go back and fix every single time.

In Vermont Superior Court, even if there is only one case number, the cover page default always says Case Nos. Sometimes it reverts back even after you manually change it.

For batches of short hearings on the same case, it would be much more efficient to be able to copy over the cover page from the previous job and be able to change only the data that is different (date, time -- sometimes attorneys or judges)

Need an additional tab to the replace/replace all. Word has a "find next", which worked quite well. For example, when replacing the word "exhibit". Sometimes it needs to remain in lower case, and sometimes in upper case.

Need an actual spell check, not a long list of terms and abbreviations and you can't see the screen to make any edits.

Maybe this is the way it's supposed to be in this jurisdiction, but if not, it needs to be changed to two spaces.

Why when I enter O. = Okay it types OKAY instead?

We need to be able to enter times directly. No scrolling. Very cumbersome.

We need to be able to key in dates directly. This scrolling and clicking through is cumbersome and time consuming.

Need to change text to all caps.

Shift + F3 doesn't work on my computer, would be nice to have another way to change to upper/lower/sentence case

Comments pane shouldn't automatically open when reviewing the version history

Please edit the cover page generator to print "Warrant" in all caps ("WARRANT") and print a comma after the presiding judge name as well. Thank you!

I have a webscribe job where I am proofing multiple audios done by different transcribers. When I want to open the log notes for a particular audio, I have to read these difficult names to match the audios to the corresponding log file. It would be convenient if there was at least an "audio1, audio2, etc." on the ends of the file names for this kind of situation.

The contract number with Maricopa County does not popular in the cert pages for AZMC. Also, the date does not populate either.
