undefined NYS DMV had a swear-in blur previously. In Webscribe the JFO now says there is not one for this jurisdiction. B/c, DMV, it's the judge, saying one quick line and not a clerk? Vermont Superior Court, there is a tab for Swear In in the Case Data form. It has a box for the witness name and then you can press save. There's no wording for the blurb.
