The spell check method in WS is WAY slower than Word. Elisheva's suggestion would be great - - we just need it to be more efficient and faster, like in Word docs.

Overall, I prefer Word's grammar and spell checks operation. I feel like it's for more than this reason, but can't pinpoint exactly why, but this is a start.
