I would like to see a feature that doesn't auto populate every ID number in the transcript when we enter the names. Not only are they incorrect and have to be changed anyway, but if I need to leave and come back, it's difficult to determine where I left off since all ID numbers have a name.

I totally agree. It's very annoying.
When we enter the colloquy IDs in the tab, they automatically populate in the transcript for every number. For example, if I put Mr. Jones next to S1, and Mr. Doe next to S2, those two names appear in all of those S1 and S2 numbers in the entire transcript, automatically. They are not correct. A few may be, but I find I'm changing them more often than not. The court speaks, so I have to change that ID since the court has its own macro. There may be another person speaking, so I have to change that ID. I would like for the names to not auto populate when entered in the ID tab since I have to change them anyway, and it could be easy to overlook a wrong name since there is already a name there. Also, if I have to close out and come back to the transcript, I can use S1, S2, and so on, as my starting place. With ever speaker ID populated, I have to find where I left off. Let me know if you still need clarification.
