scroll bar is faint, hard to see | Feature Requests

the scroll bar is very light and small - can we make it more visible and therefore easier to use?

To partner with this, the scroll bar isn't showing up unless I narrow the window more than I would like to. When the comments section on the right is open, it cuts off the right side of my page, but the scroll bar isn't showing up so I can move the transcript over to see it. Or if it could automatically center in the viewable part of the window, that would be great.

The jurisdiction I'm working in does not have a scroll bar, so I agree!
