Would be nice to be able to highlight colloquy or Q/A as a visual cue to ensure names/Q/A are being used for the proper speaker.

You can highlight colloquy already using the boxes next to the speaker IDs in the colloquy menu. Pick a color for each speaker. But Q/A needs this option for sure.
