Editing the Index | Feature Requests

I tried to edit a testimony entry in the Index. Selected Index Menu, then Testimony, but there is no "Existing" button in my WebScribe Index Menu, only a checkbox for "Continued Examination". Am I looking in the wrong place? How can I edit my Index?
