Have a macro/toolbar entry to delete a blank page. Doing so manually now tends to mess up the formatting of the next page.

Have a macro/toolbar entry to delete a blank page. Doing so manually now tends to mess up the formatting of the next page.
Turn on show hidden characters, and delete the page break at the bottom of your cover page and NOT the section break on what used to be the index page
